Marketing Management Application
Marketing teams lack a centralized and simple way to track campaigns, task ownership, follow-ups, and progress, which leads to delays and unnecessary coordination effort.

THE TRIGGER POINT
The idea for this project started from a casual conversation.
While speaking with a friend’s friend who works at a marketing firm, she mentioned how exhausting it is to manage multiple campaigns while constantly chasing updates from different team members.
She described how campaign planning, timelines, and performance tracking were spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, emails, and meetings.

Understanding the Problem
To validate the issue, I prepared a short questionnaire and spoke with a few more people working in marketing roles through her network.
The responses revealed a common pattern.
Marketing teams were managing campaigns through multiple disconnected tools, which made coordination difficult.
This fragmentation created operational friction - especially for managers who needed a quick overview of everything happening across campaigns.
Key Observation
While reviewing the responses and conversations, I started mapping recurring themes.
Three patterns stood out.
Lack of Visibility
Managers struggled to quickly answer simple questions like:
What campaigns are currently active?
What is at risk of delay?
Who is responsible for each task?
Follow-up Overload
A significant amount of time was spent simply asking for updates.
Managers were frequently messaging team members just to understand progress.
Fragmented Information
Campaign details, timelines, and analytics were stored in different places, making it difficult to see the full picture.
Breaking the Problem Down
Instead of designing a complex marketing tool, I focused on identifying the core operational needs behind the frustration.
After synthesizing the research, I categorized the problem into four areas:

Design Principles Applied
Throughout the design process, I focused on keeping the experience clear and efficient.
Cognitive Load Reduction
Complex processes like campaign creation are broken into structured steps
Scannability
Campaign cards allow users to quickly understand campaign status without opening each campaign.
Visual Hierarchy
Important information such as campaign status and ownership is highlighted using typography and layout.
Feedback and Micro-interactions
Subtle interactions provide feedback and make the interface feel responsive.
Outcome
Monitor Ownership
Track Campaign Progress
Reduce Follow up Communication
Track Campaign Progress
Monitor Ownership
Track Campaign Progress
Reduce Follow up Communication
Track Campaign Progress
The solution replaces fragmented communication with a single operational workspace.
