How it all got started
This project started from something very close to everyday life.
Around my locality, I kept noticing small but recurring issues — water logging, garbage collection delays, electricity fluctuations, dirty water supply.
When I spoke to neighbors, friends, and nearby shopkeepers, one thing became very clear:
Everyone had faced these problems.
But no one knew where to go or how to get them resolved efficiently.
Even when complaints were raised, they often got lost in the system or delayed without any visibility.
That made me think: What if there was a structured and transparent way for citizens to raise and track issues?

Understanding the Problem
To validate this, I spoke with multiple people in my area.
I wasn’t just trying to understand what problems they face, but also:
A pattern quickly emerged.
what they do when a problem occurs
how they try to resolve it
where the process breaks
Key Observations
One of the main challenges was balancing the need for a modern, minimalist look with the requirement to display a large amount of product information and features. Ensuring that the app remained easy to use for both new and returning customers required extensive user testing and iteration.
Breaking the Problem Down
After analyzing all the inputs, I categorized the problem into three core gaps:

Outcome
For citizens
easy complaint submission
real-time tracking
visibility into community issues
reduced duplication
For authorities
centralized complaint management
better prioritization
improved operational efficiency
measurable performance tracking
